"Tell the chef, the beer is on me."
Breath okay? Just keep breathing!

Yup, the Mobile station on Page and Woodson.
That’s not too far from my house. BP near Olive and Old Old Street Rd is selling for 1.49, I think.

Love this pic.
robot-heart:edatrix:sisforsara:Selling cupcakes today! Come by if you’re in Boston!
We’re having all kinds of Christmas parties in our office. All the cupcakes, brownies and cakes are making me sick. They look very cute though.
“ Lust is easy. Love is hard. Like is most important. ”—

Yep. That explains me pretty much. Weird that most people mistake lust for love. And mistake like for love. Or love for like.
As a result of which, I’m going to remove quite a few people from my friend list on Facebook. Not sure why I added them in the first place. I used to be in this state-of-mind where rejecting a friend proposal was not the done thing to do! So, I’m going to go back and undo that for now. Not sure why I didn’t clearly define the difference between real life and blogging friends.
This doesn’t mean that I don’t like the ones that I’m removing. I just don’t feel comfortable with them seeing my real life drama. Yeah, I know I can make a restricted list etc., but it’s too much of trouble. I’ll still keep some of my blogging friends on Facebook- at least the ones I really like! :-)
Ahh…this feels so nice. Blurting it out.

Can’t wait to see what premium services David Karp has in store for us.
Had a long and tiring day at work. Then I got back home, fought with AT&T over my cell phone bill. They have charged me for free AT&T to AT&T calls. I have put in a billing ticket # and they will get back to me in 2-3 days. I’m so not going to pay those charges!!!
Next, I had to cook for my team holiday lunch tomorrow. Made some cole shaw. Had dinner. Watched Mystic River. Loved Sean Penn. Awesome movie. And now, I’m ready to hit the bed. I have meetings all day tomorrow. And then, there is Friday! ;) ‘Night everyone.
I heart Christmas so much.

CNN.com - My brother’s suicide - Sep 27, 2005-by Anderson Cooper
A really powerful read. He contrasts his personal loss to the hardships that he experienced in Africa.
Narcissism breeding narcissism, it’s so very tumblr!
It’s all very pointless if you ask me. I follow a set group of people (well, somewhat evolving), and you’re the people whom I “award” my time, distraction, laziness, etc… A popularity contest to allow some people to pat themselves on the back for being a “great” blogger? It’s kinda laughable, and if I had to guess there will be some meme floating around about the winners in the next month, I’ll see some of the award winners and this is what I’ll think: “Wow, I unfollowed you months ago because I can’t stand your taste or your online personality.” But hey, I’m sure someone else would be out there saying the same thing about me (just not in reference to any award, as that’s quite doubtful).
Let’s remember that many Tumblrs are in high school. Or wish they were. Then this all makes sense, yeah?
Most people win awards because they are popular (and more people follow them) and not because they are good.
